Blossomgate Counselling and Psychotherapy was jointly set up by Rachel Waxman and Lou Crick to offer integrative counselling to the neurodiverse and people living with neurodiversity. Our practice is currently based within The Snowdrop Project building on Castle Street in Sheffield, S3 8LT.

Your personal data, for example, your name, phone number or email address is only collected when you directly supply it to us either by email or in person when filling out a contract. These details will only be used to get in touch with you about matters relating to the therapy process, such as appointments and to provide helpful information, where appropriate. Your contact details will be held securely for a maximum of one year after completion of therapy or three months after initial contact if no therapy was undertaken. Records of any therapy you undergo will be kept for a period of 7 years in accordance with professional requirements. These details will be stored electronically or within a secure filing cabinet.
We can provide you with free access to the information we hold about you, should you wish. If you have concerns about the accuracy or management of your personal information, please tell us. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (https://ico.org.uk/concerns/, Telephone 0303 123 1113). You may also wish to contact NCPS if you wish to express any complaints or concerns about therapy you received or the way your data is handled.
